8 Best Practices in Virtual Education - Are any missing?

As I was looking for a topic for a new post, I came across this video and found it to be really powerful.  Even though, it seems to be geared for university level, the 8 lessons provided are solid ones that deserve reflection!  What do you all think?  Are there any lessons missing from this video?
